- 8 thin slices prosciutto halved lengthwise
- 16 asparagus spears bottom 2 inches trimmed
Step 1: Wrap asparagus with prosciuttoWrap 1 piece of prosciutto around each asparagus spear, starting just below the tip and overlapping the prosciutto until you reach the base.
