An Easy Weekly Meal Plan for Two (With a Shopping List!)

Per the requests of our customers, Brava has developed another easy, meal plan for two people — including a shopping list to make things more streamlined for you. This week-long plan features some of our most popular and yet simplest recipes that will feed you and another quickly with minimal effort. That said, Brava is all about delivering on incredible flavor. So you can expect the veggies to be beautifully caramelized, the proteins to achieve Maillard reaction, and the breads to develop a satisfying, golden crust.

Monday

Breakfast: Scrambled Egg Bites

Lunch: Quesadilla

Dinner: Chicken Breasts and Baby Broccoli (make for 4 for leftovers)

Tuesday

Breakfast: Toast (with avocado)

Lunch: Leftover Chicken Breasts and Baby Broccoli

Dinner: Halibut and Spring Vegetables

Wednesday

Breakfast: Scrambled Egg Bites

Lunch: Grilled Cheese

Dinner: Chipotle Shrimp Tacos (make for 4 for leftovers)

Thursday

Breakfast: Eggs and Wheat Toast

Lunch: Leftover Chipotle Shrimp Tacos

Dinner: Salmon (Skin-On) and Asparagus

Friday

Breakfast: Toast (with nut butter of choice or butter/jam)

Lunch: Quesadilla

Dinner: Precooked Sausages with Onions and Peppers

Saturday

Brunch: Frittata

Dinner: Pizza Margherita

Sunday

Brunch: Mini Pancake Muffins

Dinner: Filet Mignon, Potatoes, and Baby Broccoli
