This week-long plan features some of our most popular and yet simplest recipes that will feed you and another quickly with minimal effort. That said, Brava is all about delivering on incredible flavor. So you can expect the veggies to be beautifully caramelized, the proteins to achieve Maillard reaction, and the breads to develop a satisfying, golden crust.

Monday
Breakfast: Scrambled Egg Bites
Lunch: Quesadilla
Dinner: Chicken Breasts and Baby Broccoli (make for 4 for leftovers)
Tuesday
Breakfast: Toast (with avocado)
