An Easy Weekly Meal Plan for Two (With a Shopping List!)

Per the requests of our customers, Brava has developed another easy, meal plan for two people — including a shopping list to make things more streamlined for you. This week-long plan features some of our most popular and yet simplest recipes that will feed you and another quickly with minimal effort. That said, Brava is all about delivering on incredible flavor. So you can expect the veggies to be beautifully caramelized, the proteins to achieve Maillard reaction, and the breads to develop a satisfying, golden crust.


Breakfast: Scrambled Egg Bites

Lunch: Quesadilla

Dinner: Chicken Breasts and Baby Broccoli (make for 4 for leftovers)


Breakfast: Toast (with avocado)

Lunch: Leftover Chicken Breasts and Baby Broccoli

Dinner: Halibut and Spring Vegetables

Shopping List


  • 1 loaf bread
  • 1 package tortillas
  • 1 package all-purpose flour
  • 1 package sugar
  • 1 container baking powder
  • 1 container kosher salt
  • 1 bottle vanilla extract
  • 1 bottle maple syrup
  • 1 jar San Marzano tomato puree
  • 1 package chipotle powder
  • 1 jar of jam (optional)
  • 1 jar of nut butter (optional)


  • 1 package sliced cheese like cheddar
  • 1 package shredded cheese like mozzarella
  • 1 block Parmigiano-Reggiano
  • 1 stick butter
  • 1-2 dozen eggs
  • 1 pint milk
  • 1 pound fresh pizza dough
  • 1 container sour cream

Fresh Produce

  • 1 package fresh basil
  • 1 package tarragon
  • 1 package chives
  • 1 package cilantro
  • 1 package coleslaw mix
  • 8 ounces snap peas
  • 2 bunches asparagus
  • 8 ounces green beans
  • 2-3 bunches baby broccoli
  • 1-2 jalapeño peppers
  • ½ pound baby potatoes
  • 2 onions
  • 1-2 bell peppers
  • 1-2 Roma tomatoes
  • 2-3 avocados
  • 1 lemon
  • 3 limes

Meat and Fish

  • 2 halibut fillets
  • 4 chicken breasts
  • 2 filet mignon steaks (about 6 ounces each)
  • 1 ¼ pound shrimp (peeled and deveined)
  • 1 package precooked sausages of your choice
