We believe food has an incredible opportunity to bring people together — to celebrate cuisines, to nurture, and to create community.

At Brava, we will continue to share our recipes and software updates in hopes that it brings a sense of nourishment and community to your table at home, too.

  • Chicken + Vegetable Skewers: Brava Chef Annie makes Chicken and Vegetable Skewers in the Brava – no grill required! Brava’s unique searing ability means it can crisp and char the outside of these skewers, while staying tender on the inside. These skewers are a great addition to any Summer menu. To make, simply mix ingredients, distribute onto skewers onto the Brava Metal Tray, and press that green button.
  • Summer Vegetable Medley: What better way to get your servings of vegetables than with Brava Chef Erin’s Summer Vegetable medley? Chef Erin makes a few batches of double decker vegetables on the Brava Metal Tray and Brava Glass Tray before serving on a platter with balsamic glaze, feta cheese, and fresh herbs.
  • Homemade Tortilla Chips: When Brava Chef Travis has leftover corn tortillas, he makes tortilla chips in the Brava! Traditionally, making tortilla chips from scratch requires a deep frying setup. With Brava, simply brush tortillas with oil and cook on the Brava Metal Tray for a faster, healthier, and easier method. Serve with salsa and your favorite guacamole.
