What’s New 04/14/20

This week, our Brava Chefs share some original ways to get a carb fix in the Brava. Read on for this week’s Custom Cooks and recipe tips.

New Custom Cook Recipes:

  • Garlic Naan: Traditionally, naan is made in a very hot oven called a tandoor. Since Brava’s lamps can reach high temperature in less than a second, this naan, developed by Brava Chef Erin, can be cooked quickly and get crispy edges, no tandoor required.
  • Chocolate Chip Banana Bread: It appears banana bread is having a moment on the internet right now! This recipe is Brava Chef Travis’ riffs from one of his favorite cookbooks, The Best Recipe by the editors of Cook’s Illustrated. It’s studded with melty chocolate and a hint of cinnamon for a warm flavor. Brava’s Bake Function works like your traditional conventional oven but saves time with the quick 4-minute Rapid Preheat.
  • Quinoa: Brava Chef Erin recently shared her custom cook for quinoa using the Brava Chef’s Pan. This recipe comes together in one simple step. Use this as a healthy base for a work-from-home lunch or dinner.
