- Baba Ganoush: Baba Ganoush is a creamy eggplant dish that originated in Lebanon but can be found across the Middle East. In this recipe, eggplants are charred and cooked in the Brava until tender, then mixed with garlic, lemon, and tahini. Enjoy as a side dish with flatbread or crackers.
- Berry Pound Cake: This pound cake combines a buttery, vanilla cake base with fresh raspberries and blueberries. It just so happens to be red, white, and blue, which makes it extra festive for the Fourth of July.
