2023 brought some big new changes to the Brava-sphere. Brava Glass and Wireless TempSensor anyone? Our beloved Brava users cooked nearly 2 million things this year — 1,900,713 to be exact! Let’s crack into some of the numbers.

Brava, the Breakfast Champion

9 out of the top 10 (and half of the top 25!) cooks this year were breads, eggs, bacon, and waffles, meaning Brava has solidified itself as your favorite way to start the day.

Brava, il Maestro della Pizza

Pizza was not only one of the top ingredients this year, but also the most searched-for. We don’t blame you; 10 minutes til the perfect slice is hard not to want.

Brava, Your Recipe Resource

The top new recipe this year was the delicious Ham, Egg, and Cheese Breakfast Sandwich. You also baked lots of Banana Bread loaves (that’s one of our faves too!). Community contributors had some great hits too, with the TURBO Gourmet Yukon ‘GOLD’ Potatoes Custom Cook taking the gold.

Brava, the Steak Sophisticate

With the debut of the Wireless TempSensor, you all took precision protein cooking to new heights. The most popular cook using the wireless probe was Ribeye Steak.

Other Highlights

Reheat was the most popular manual mode this year. Microwave who? Sandwiches (and more, depending on how you define a sandwich) also came out on top, particularly grilled cheeses, quesadillas, and burgers.
