The Brava Facebook community is unafraid to ask hard-hitting questions like, “Is the Brava worth $1000?”. Most recently, Jessica asked “What DOESN’T the Brava do?” 44 Brava customers replied to her, and the responses are too funny not to share.

Here are some of the top (and true) responses for what the Brava can’t do:
- grocery shopping
- vacuuming
- laundry
- taxes
- windows
- dishes
In all seriousness, if you want to know what cooking-related tasks the Brava does not support, here’s a quick list:

Michael summed it up pretty nicely:
It doesn’t do the grocery shopping or vacuuming! But it does almost all the cooking you will need (except boiling water.) I use mine almost every day, sometimes two. — Michael
Here are a few other surprising things the Brava CAN do:
- soup
- Crock-Pot-like dishes (casseroles, chili, etc.)
- mac and cheese
- oatmeal
- popcorn
Lena says this is how her family most makes use of the Brava:
We tend to use our Brava for things like roasting meats and veggies, pizza, some casseroles, toasting nuts, searing delicate seafood, and many of the pre-set recipes and anything that requires quick, very high heat. — Lena
