New Release Tuesday 02/04/20

This week’s releases will give you plenty of opportunities to celebrate Valentine’s Day with Brava. Start your date night with a spicy Classic Margarita, follow it with Scallops, and end things on a very sweet note with the Molten Chocolate Cakes.

We also wanted to clarify a Newly Added Feature, Shelf Detection, which many of you have had questions about. On certain recipes, Brava’s internal camera will alert you if you place the tray on the wrong shelf. This is to help prevent foods from under or over cooking due to wrong shelf placement.

New Recipes:

  • Molten Chocolate Cakes: Chef George created a gooey, rich chocolate cake recipe in the Egg Tray that can be whipped up for your Valentine’s Day festivities.
  • Classic Margarita: If you haven’t attempted the Dehydrate function in the Brava, try it out for this recipe which calls for dehydrating jalapeños, crushing them, and mixing them with salt for a spicy condiment you can use in margaritas, tacos, eggs, and beyond.

New Multi-Step Recipes:

  • Scallops: We hear you loud and clear, Brava Community. You wanted scallops and Brava Chef Travis has delivered with this week’s release. This is a Multi-Step Recipe that requires flipping the scallops halfway through the cook to achieve that signature sear.
