- Brava Omelette: A classic French Omelette is a breakfast staple and now you can make it in the Brava! We love the Brava Omelette recipe for its simplicity. To make, simply whisk eggs with a pinch of salt, pour into a buttered Brava Square Pan, and press that green button. This recipe comes to us from Zac, our Director of Product at Brava, who originally launched this as a Custom Cook. It quickly became popular in our community, and now it’s an official Brava recipe!

- Chicken Enchiladas: Chef George Duran prepares Chicken Enchiladas in the Brava Chef’s Pan for a crowd-pleasing dinner recipe. Store bought rotisserie chicken, taco seasoning, and salsa simplify the prep work. Once baked, top the enchiladas with a cilantro crema and thinly sliced jalapeños for some heat.

- Popcorn Shrimp: This recipe for Brava Popcorn Shrimp comes to us from Chef George Duran. It’s crunchy, savory, and spicy – what more do you need?! Chef George cooks shrimp on the Brava Metal Tray, no frying station required!

- Stuffed Eggplant Parm: Brava Chef Erin’s Stuffed Eggplant Parmesan has been a huge hit in our community. Peak-of-season Summer eggplant, red sauce, and parmesan cook in the Brava Chef’s Pan for a savory and comforting dish.

- Cinnamon-Apple Mini Pancake Muffins: Brava Mini Pancake Muffins are one of our most popular breakfast recipes. Chef Travis riffs on this breakfast treat by adding cinnamon and apples to the mix. To make, mix ingredients in a bowl, distribute evenly into the Brava Egg Tray, and press that green button! By the time you make your coffee, Brava is done cooking and breakfast is served!

- Brava Pizza & Exau Olive Oil: Brava Chef Annie went live on Instagram with Exau Olive Oil, an Italian olive oil company that produces some of the best extra virgin olive oil in the world. They made pizza together, talked about all things olive oil, and shared tips for taking homemade pizza to the next level.
