- Roasted Strawberry Jam: This Brava Roasted Strawberry Jam recipe comes together in less than twenty minutes, no special equipment required. Toss strawberries with sugar, lemon zest and juice, and roast on the Brava Glass Tray. When done, swirl jam on yogurt, toast, ice cream, or biscuits. It’s even delicious in a cocktail!
