  • Prosciutto Egg Cups: This recipe is here to make your brunch game easier and tastier than ever before. To make, place slices of prosciutto in the Egg Tray, crack eggs into the prosciutto, season, and press the green button. Simple as that. Serve with chopped fresh herbs or your favorite hot sauce.
  • Roasted Strawberry Jam: This Brava Roasted Strawberry Jam recipe comes together in less than twenty minutes, no special equipment required. Toss strawberries with sugar, lemon zest and juice, and roast on the Brava Glass Tray. When done, swirl jam on yogurt, toast, ice cream, or biscuits. It’s even delicious in a cocktail!
  • Easy Buttermilk Biscuits: Chef Erin developed an Easy Buttermilk Biscuit recipe that comes together quickly on the Metal Tray. This recipe was inspired by a friend’s great-grandmother from Booneville, Mississippi, who has always made this recipe by hand in a matter of minutes. Enjoy warm, freshly baked biscuits with butter, jam, or honey.
